Tea Cake

The perfect tea cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 3 piece Free range eggs
  • Dried, grated vanilla
  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth and creamy dough. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at approx. 160 degrees for approx. 40 – 50 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and leave to taste.
