Green Tea Lava Cake with Red Bean Popsicles

The perfect green tea lava cake with red bean popsicles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Green tea lava cake

  • 180 g Chocolate white
  • 120 g Soft butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 24 g Matcha powder
  • 75 g Flour

Red bean ice cream

  • 2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 0,5 Can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0,75 cups Cream
  • 1,5 Cup Adzuki beans red
  • Desiccated coconut
  1. Melt the white chocolate together with butter over a water bath. Then crack open the eggs and froth up with the sugar. Fold in the chocolate-butter mixture and sieve in the flour and matcha powder. Grease small baking molds with a little butter, add the dough and bake in the oven at 230 degrees Celsius for 9 minutes. When the time has elapsed, take the molds out of the oven and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
  2. For the ice cream, put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Finely puree the ice cream mixture, allow to cool and place in ice cream molds. Freeze the molds until the mixture is solid (approx. 4 hours).
  3. Serve the ice cream with the hot lava cake. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top to decorate.
