Alsatian Sausage Salad

The perfect alsatian sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 400 g Meat sausage
  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce head
  • 200 g Date tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Pc. Onion
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  1. The eggs 5min. Boil hard. Take out of the pot, quench, let cool and peel. Cut the meat sausage into slices. Remove the outer leaves from the lettuce and set aside, for the deco, cut the head of lettuce in the middle and cut 1/2 head into strips. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Peel the onions and cut into small ones Cut into cubes . Prepare a dressing from vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange the lettuce leaves on the plates. Then spread the lettuce strips, sausage slices, tomatoes, onions and the halved eggs on top. Cover the sausage salad with the dressing and sprinkle with the parsley .
