Eo’s Sausage Salad

  • 300 g Meat sausage
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 5 piece Pickled gherkins pickled
  • 2 piece Canned corn on the cob
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Big onion
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh

marinade

  • 3 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • 100 ml Cucumber water
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 0,5 teaspoon Hot paprika powder
  • 1,5 teaspoon Sugar
  1. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, cut the sausage into small strips, grate the cheese, dice the paprika, thinly slice the cucumber, cut the cobs, the onion into half rings, wash the chives and cut into small rolls with the scissors, prepare the marinade and pour over it , mix everything well and let it sit for a few hours.
