Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Meat sausage
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 5 Pickled gherkins pickled
  • 2 Canned corn on the cob
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Big onion
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh

marinade

  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Cucumber water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 0,5 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 1,5 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, cut the sausage into small strips, grate the cheese, dice the paprika, thinly slice the cucumber, cut the cobs, the onion into half rings, wash the chives and cut into small rolls with the scissors, prepare the marinade and pour over it , mix everything well and let it sit for a few hours. Good Appetite
