Puff Pastry Ham Sticks
The perfect puff pastry ham sticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Puff pastry
- 1 disc Cooked ham
- 1 Egg whisked
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Dried marjoram
- 1 pinch Caraway seeds
- Mix the egg with the herbs and spices. Cut the ham into small pieces. Brush the puff pastry with the egg mixture. Spread the ham on top. Fold the puff pastry once and press down. Cut 2 cm wide strips. Twist the strips individually from the ends. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake according to the instructions on the packet.
