Gnocci with Spinach Cream Sauce (noodles)

The perfect gnocci with spinach cream sauce (noodles) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream
  • 200 g Broth
  • 200 g White wine
  • 1 small Onion
  • 200 g Frozen spinach
  • 1 pack Gnocci ready
  1. First, dice the small onion and let it sauté until translucent. Deglaze with the seasoned broth and add cream. If you want, you can add a dash of white wine. Add the spinach and stir – done.
  1. Heat the Gnocci in salted water until they float in the top of the pot. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce and stir. Let everything steep briefly and serve. Also tastes great with many noodles
