Sunday Bread
The perfect sunday bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Spread it on bread:
- 200 g Rye flour
- 1 packet Sourdough
- 1 dice Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 350 g Lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon Aniseed spice
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 pinch Coriander
- 1 pinch Dried rosemary
- 1 pinch Dried thyme
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 1 shot Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 shot Water
- Knead all ingredients with water and let rise. approx. 2 hours
- Sift the flour on a worktop and place the dough on it, dust with a little flour and then knead together.
Before baking:
- Brush the bread with water and oil mixture. Bake at 180 ° C for about 60 minutes.
