Muesli – Crunchy Pearl

The perfect muesli – crunchy pearl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Fruit cereal
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 110 g Sugar
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  1. Melt the butter in the pan, stir in the muesli, add the flour and let it cool.
  2. Beat the remaining ingredients until foamy and add to the muesli mixture – mix well.
  3. Place on a greased tray (like macaroons and please leave enough space) and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175 ° C.
  4. In my case they all diverged – so I just broke them. But the taste was okay.
