- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Fruit cereal
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 1 Egg
- 110 g Sugar
- 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
- 0,5 tsp Baking powder
- Melt the butter in the pan, stir in the muesli, add the flour and let it cool.
- Beat the remaining ingredients until foamy and add to the muesli mixture – mix well.
- Place on a greased tray (like macaroons and please leave enough space) and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 175 ° C.
- In my case they all diverged – so I just broke them. But the taste was okay.
