Chicken Fillets in Cheese Sauce

The perfect chicken fillets in cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Chicken fillets
  • 200 ml Riesling
  • 100 g Goat cream cheese
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Peel and chop the freshest possible garlic.
  2. Grind the cumin and rosemary in a mortar.
  3. Fry the garlic and chicken in oil. Sprinkle with the herbs.
  4. Crumble the cheese over it (of course you can also use normal cream cheese if you don’t like goat) and deglaze with white wine.
  5. Bring to the boil briefly, then let it steep.
  6. Season to taste with chilli, salt and pepper.
