Rice Pan with Prawns

The perfect rice pan with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth

  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 medium sized Red-Green peppers
  • 2 medium sized Corn
  • 250 g King Prawns
  • Salt
  • Garlic pepper
  • Chives

  1. Cook the rice in the vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.

  1. Peel the carrots, clean the peppers, remove the core and cut both into small pieces.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
  3. Now add the corn and the frozen king prawns and fry everything again for about 5 minutes, season with salt and garlic pepper.
  4. Finally add the cooked rice and sweat briefly, sprinkle with some chives.
  5. Arrange on a plate and enjoy – Bon appetit; 🙂
