Rice Pan with Prawns
The perfect rice pan with prawns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 1 Cup Rice
- 2 cups Vegetable broth

- 2 Carrots
- 2 medium sized Red-Green peppers
- 2 medium sized Corn
- 250 g King Prawns
- Salt
- Garlic pepper
- Chives

- Cook the rice in the vegetable stock according to the instructions on the packet.

- Peel the carrots, clean the peppers, remove the core and cut both into small pieces.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the corn and the frozen king prawns and fry everything again for about 5 minutes, season with salt and garlic pepper.
- Finally add the cooked rice and sweat briefly, sprinkle with some chives.
- Arrange on a plate and enjoy – Bon appetit; 🙂
