Dessert Tropicana!
The perfect dessert tropicana! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
or :
- 3 sheet Gelatin
- 1 packet Nescafé Frapè
- 5 tablespoon Agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 0,125 Can Diced pineapple
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Orange zest
- 1 teaspoon Orange zest
- 3 tablespoon Coconut cubes e.g. Edeka
- 2 Pc. Glass bowls
Preliminary work:
- Let the gelatine soak in cold water for approx. 10 minutes.
- Heat the milk, dissolve gelatine in it.
- Stir in the Nescafè Frapè. Season to taste with sugar and or agave syrup + orange zest. Stir the pineapple with some juice (I used about 5 tablespoons of fruit with juice) into the milk.
Glasses:
- Fill with coconut cubes.
- Now distribute the pineapple milk between the two glasses. This now goes in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Pimp:
- Those who can afford it decorate the glasses nicely with cream, chocolate chips or the like.
Pineapple dessert:
- I like to do this with just 1 liter of milk, or half milk and half cream, 1 can of diced pineapple, 7 sheets of gelatine, because not everyone likes the taste of coffee.
