Apple Pudding Cake with Berries

  • 200 g Butter
  • 160 g Sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 300 g Flour
  • 4 Apple boskop
  • 300 g Frozen berries
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 125 ml Rum
  • 1 l Milk
  • 2 packet Custard powder
  • 100 g Flaked almonds
  1. The evening before, soak the raisins in the rum and let them steep overnight. Thaw the berries. Prepare pudding.
  2. For the dough, knead the butter, sugar, egg yolk, flour and a pinch of salt with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Pour into a greased dish and press firmly with floured hands. Push the edge up a little. Pre-bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the 2nd rack from the bottom.
