Salarico and Fennel Salad
The perfect salarico and fennel salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Pc. Salarico fresh
- 1 tbsp Roasted and chopped hazelnuts
- 1 piece Hard-Boiled egg, cut into small pieces
- 2 piece Chopped cherry tomatoes
- 0,5 piece Fennel bulb
- 0,5 a cup Cream of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Finely chopped fennel green
- 1 teaspoon Parsley smoothly fresh, finely chopped
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Raspberry red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Acacia honey
- 1 teaspoon Hazelnut oil
- 1 pinch Sea salt fine
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Chilli powder
- Finely chop the washed salarico and the fennel and spin dry.
- Mix all dressing ingredients. Add the fennel and salarico and fold in gently. Taste and enjoy.
- We had wild boar sausages and buttered herb rice. (see last picture). But everyone can do that as he likes.
