Oyster Mushrooms with Mustard and Dill

- 200 g Oyster mushrooms
- 1 piece Orange
- 1 piece Shallot
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 20 g Herb butter
- Steak pepper
- Salt
- Cut the shallot into half rings.
- Roughly chop the dill, grate the orange peel, squeeze the fruit.
- Cut the mushrooms into wide strips and cut the stalks into small pieces.
- Fry shallot and mushroom stalks in olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms, fry a little, deglaze with orange juice, stir in the mustard.
- Season with salt and pepper, add dill and orange zest.
- Braise briefly with the lid closed.
