Oyster Mushrooms with Mustard and Dill

The perfect oyster mushrooms with mustard and dill recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 piece Shallot
  • 1 bunch Fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 20 g Herb butter
  • Steak pepper
  • Salt
  1. Cut the shallot into half rings.
  2. Roughly chop the dill, grate the orange peel, squeeze the fruit.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into wide strips and cut the stalks into small pieces.
  4. Fry shallot and mushroom stalks in olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the mushrooms, fry a little, deglaze with orange juice, stir in the mustard.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, add dill and orange zest.
  7. Braise briefly with the lid closed.
