- 125 g Butter
- 2 Pc. Clove of garlic
- Salt
- Chilli from the mill
- Parsely
- Herbs of Provence
- Let the butter soften, peel the garlic, press through and add to the butter, grind the chilli, add the parsley and herbs, mix everything, season with salt and let it steep in the fridge for the baquettes
