Avocado Sheep Cheese Dip

The perfect avocado sheep cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Avocado
  • 100 g Sheep cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 0,5 Pc. Garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes
  • Salt, white pepper
  1. Peel and dice the avocado. Mix with all other ingredients in a bowl and puree until smooth. Alternatively, mash everything with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Let it steep for approx. 2 hours before consumption.
