Dip: Peanut Sauce

The perfect dip: peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Peanut butter or butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 pinch Chilli flakes or powder
  • 1 Pc. Garlic clove finely chopped or some garlic salt or powder
  • 175 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce is creamy. If the sauce gets too thick, just stir in another sip of milk.
  2. The sauce tastes warm and cold and goes well with chicken satay skewers and rice. Also suitable as a dip for raclette or fondue.
  3. 3rd variant for a chicken salad: Mix the leftovers of cooked chicken into the sauce and season with a little lemon or lime juice and coriander or parsley. Fits e.g. good for a brunch or a cold buffet.
