Dip: Peanut Sauce
The perfect dip: peanut sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Peanut butter or butter creamy or crunchy
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes or powder
- 1 Pc. Garlic clove finely chopped or some garlic salt or powder
- 175 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer over medium heat until the sauce is creamy. If the sauce gets too thick, just stir in another sip of milk.
- The sauce tastes warm and cold and goes well with chicken satay skewers and rice. Also suitable as a dip for raclette or fondue.
- 3rd variant for a chicken salad: Mix the leftovers of cooked chicken into the sauce and season with a little lemon or lime juice and coriander or parsley. Fits e.g. good for a brunch or a cold buffet.
