Avocado Cream Cheese Dip with Macadamia
The perfect avocado cream cheese dip with macadamia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 1 Fresh avocado
- 2 tablespoon Roasted and ground macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon Parsley leaves smooth
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 1 tablespoon Rose paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Calamansi balm vinegar
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 0,5 Fresh hot peppers
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 teaspoon Espelette pepper
- Add the macadamia nuts and paprika powder to the cream cheese and mix.
- Drizzle the avocado with the vinegar. Add the parsley, peppers and garlic. Puree the whole thing and add to the cream cheese.
- Chop the peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Add to the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper and pimento d ‘Espellette.
