Avocado Cream Cheese Dip with Macadamia

The perfect avocado cream cheese dip with macadamia recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 Fresh avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted and ground macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley leaves smooth
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Rose paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Calamansi balm vinegar
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 0,5 Fresh hot peppers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 0,5 teaspoon Espelette pepper
  1. Add the macadamia nuts and paprika powder to the cream cheese and mix.
  2. Drizzle the avocado with the vinegar. Add the parsley, peppers and garlic. Puree the whole thing and add to the cream cheese.
  3. Chop the peppers and cut the spring onions into rings. Add to the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper and pimento d ‘Espellette.
