Dip: Trout Cream Cheese Cream with Horseradish

The perfect dip: trout cream cheese cream with horseradish recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Natural cream cheese
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 5 tbsp Cream
  • 60 g Smoked trout fillet
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tsp Mild horseradish
  • 2 tbsp Frozen dill
  • Salt, colored pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  1. Put the cream cheese, sour cream and heavy cream in the food processor. Chop the trout fillet and add it with the lime juice, horseradish and dill. Puree everything until smooth and season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  2. Let it steep for at least two hours, then arrange and serve. I served the cream as an appetizer on Christmas Eve for an aperitif. Fresh baguette, breadsticks or crackers go well with it. Really very tasty and ready quickly. Enjoy your meal!
