Baked Apple Cake in Glass

- 400 g Apples diced ready
- Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 150 g Margarine
- 180 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 100 g Sour cream
