  • 1 Horseradish fresh
  • Salt pepper
  • Grated lime

Instructions
 

  • The horseradish - amount depends on taste - peel and grate very finely, add the cream, season with salt & pepper and add a little lime zest, then stir everything well and present in a bowl.
  • Was it with the grilled knuckle 😉
