Apricot – Almond Cookies

  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Tubes of butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Chopped almonds
  1. Cut the dried apricots into pieces.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients except for the apricot pieces and process everything with the hand mixer first on the lowest, then on the highest level to a smooth dough.
