Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Dried apricots
  • 100 g Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 Tubes of butter-vanilla flavor
  • 1 Egg
  • 75 g Butter
  • 100 g Chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Cut the dried apricots into pieces.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the remaining ingredients except for the apricot pieces and process everything with the hand mixer first on the lowest, then on the highest level to a smooth dough.
  • Finally stir in the apricot pieces.
  • Place 2 teaspoons of dough in walnut-sized piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Put the tray in the lower third of the preheated 180 ° (convection 160 °) oven and bake for about 13 minutes.
