Ingredients
- 100 g Dried apricots
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 Tubes of butter-vanilla flavor
- 1 Egg
- 75 g Butter
- 100 g Chopped almonds
Instructions
- Cut the dried apricots into pieces.
- Mix the flour and baking powder.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for the apricot pieces and process everything with the hand mixer first on the lowest, then on the highest level to a smooth dough.
- Finally stir in the apricot pieces.
- Place 2 teaspoons of dough in walnut-sized piles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
