Sweet: Orange Chocolate

The perfect sweet: orange chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g White couverture
  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • Orange oil
  • Possibly orange food coloring
  1. Melt the white couverture over a hot water bath, stirring occasionally, remove it, let it cool down a little in a cold water bath while stirring, then heat it again. Then stir in orange oil and possibly food coloring. Now fill a small blob into each of the molds.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate at the same time or afterwards in the same way and put an even smaller blob on the orange couverture.
  3. Mix both types with a toothpick or similar and fill in the corners of the molds. Now shake the molds briefly several times so that the chocolate becomes nice and smooth.
  4. Let it set in a cool room at room temperature, then press it out of the mold.
