Soy Schnitzel
The perfect soy schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 size Soy meat schnitzel dry product
- Sifted flour
- Paprika powder
- Breadcrumbs
- Oil
- Water
- Salt
- Let the soy schnitzel soak in hot water for 30 minutes, then squeeze out the water.
- Now salt the schnitzel + season with paprika powder. or a spice of your choice.
- Mix a “glutinous” breading base from water + flour and turn the schnitzel in it well. now turn the schnitzel in breadcrumbs.
- Put the schnitzel in the deep fryer for 5 minutes at 175 degrees, or bake in the pan.
- these schnitzel are very inexpensive if you order them directly online, they cost 30 cents per schnitzel. they are far too expensive in the bio shop.
- I serve them with tzaziki, hummus + salad
