Fried Soy Schnitzel

The perfect fried soy schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 75 g Dried soy schnitzel
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried onions
  • 1 tsp Dried coriander
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Water
  1. Cover the soy flakes in a pan with water and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the soy sauce and season to taste with the spices. Let simmer until the water has evaporated. Then add the oil and fry the soy flakes for about 5 minutes. Then serve.
