Vegan: Vegetable Stew with Spelled

The perfect vegan: vegetable stew with spelled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Diced swede
  • Diced celery bulb
  • 3 medium sized Diced carrots
  • Broccoli stem cut
  • 3 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1 liter Water
  • 200 g Spelled grains
  • Kohlrabi leaves
  • 1 handful Parsely
  1. Peel, wash and dice the vegetables.
  2. Put the vegetables in a large saucepan, sprinkle the vegetable stock over them, pour the water over them and bring everything to a boil with the lid closed.
  3. When it starts to boil add the spelled grains and then bring the whole thing back to the boil for about 20 minutes.
