Brussels Sprouts – Ajvar – Stew
The perfect brussels sprouts – ajvar – stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Brussels sprouts fresh
- 3 Red peppers
- 5 Potato
- 1 Can Beef
- 350 g Ajvar spicy
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 2 Kabanossi
- Salt, pepper, sambal olek
- Ground chilli
- Clean the Brussels sprouts and the peppers too. Cut the latter into small pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Boil all the ingredients plus the finely chopped beef in the broth, add a little water if necessary. Let cook for about half an hour.
- Chop the kabanossi and fry in the pan.
- Mix in the ajvar according to the desired degree of hardness of the Brussels sprouts. Season to taste with the spices and the sambal.
- Finally stir in the pieces of sausage.
