Brussels Sprouts – Ajvar – Stew

The perfect brussels sprouts – ajvar – stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 3 Red peppers
  • 5 Potato
  • 1 Can Beef
  • 350 g Ajvar spicy
  • 1 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 Kabanossi
  • Salt, pepper, sambal olek
  • Ground chilli
  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and the peppers too. Cut the latter into small pieces. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  1. Boil all the ingredients plus the finely chopped beef in the broth, add a little water if necessary. Let cook for about half an hour.
  1. Chop the kabanossi and fry in the pan.
  1. Mix in the ajvar according to the desired degree of hardness of the Brussels sprouts. Season to taste with the spices and the sambal.
  1. Finally stir in the pieces of sausage.
