Strong Brussels Sprouts Stew

- 1 kg Brussels sprouts fresh
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 6 Pc. Potatoes
- Pepper, salt, herbs of the Provonce, nutmeg
- Chili powder
- Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Meatsoup
- Clean the Brussels sprouts, peel and dice the potatoes. Bring the Brussels sprouts to a boil in water in the saucepan with the broth. Add the potatoes about 15 minutes later. Cook both until soft.
- Sear the minced meat vigorously and season well with pepper and salt. Finally add to the stew.
- Season to taste with the spices and soy sauce. Better a little stronger than too little.
