Matjes Tip with Jacket Potatoes

The perfect matjes tip with jacket potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g 400 – 500 g Matjesstipp *)
  • 500 g 400- 500 g kleine festkochende Kartoffeln
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tomato decoratively cut in half **)
  • 2 Pinches of salt

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 4 Iceberg lettuce leaves
