Jacket Potatoes with Emden Herring Tip

The perfect jacket potatoes with emden herring tip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes (here: 10 pieces)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Emden herring tip *)
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • 1 Small tomato (2 * ½)
  • 1 Cucumber stick (2 * ½)
  1. Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, let them cool down a little / let them evaporate and peel them off. Spread the matjes tip and jacket potatoes on 2 plates, garnish with the parsley stalk, tomato half and cucumber stick half and serve. Serve the two remaining potatoes separately.
