Jacket Potatoes with Emden Herring Tip

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes (10 pieces)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Emden herring tip *)
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • 1 Small tomato (2 * ½)
  • 1 Cucumber stick (2 * ½)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) for about 20 minutes, let them cool down a little / let them evaporate and peel them off. Spread the matjes tip and jacket potatoes on 2 plates, garnish with the parsley stalk, tomato half and cucumber stick half and serve. Serve the two remaining potatoes separately.

  • Matjeshappen in cream dressing and cucumber, onions and apples.
