Sour Potato Pieces
The perfect sour potato pieces recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Carrots
- 4 Medium sized potatoes
- 5 Pickled cucumbers
- 100 g Jagdwurst or Kassler
- 0,75 l Vegetable broth
- Some cucumber broth
- Salt pepper
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Some butter
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes. Put some butter in a saucepan, sweat the potatoes and carrots briefly, pour in the stock and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the diced pickles.
- Cut the sausage into cubes, fry briefly. Dust the flour over it, stir well. Deglaze lightly with a little water and stir immediately into the stew. Let simmer again for about 3 minutes. Sauce should be creamy. Season with cucumber broth, salt and pepper.
