Chicken and Sweet Potato Pan
The perfect chicken and sweet potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
chicken
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 2 Chilli pepper
- 1 piece Ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 5 tablespoon Soy sauce
vegetables
- 3 Sweet potato
- 3 Red peppers
- 3 Yellow peppers
- 150 g Sugar snap
aside from that
- 2 tablespoon Cranberries
- Sesame seeds
chicken
- Wash the chicken breast, dry it and cut it into small strips.
- Core the chilli pepper, peel the ginger and garlic and finely chop everything together with the soy sauce
- Add the marinade to the chicken, mix well and cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
vegetables
- Peel the sweet potatoes, cut into thin slices, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut into strips, halve the sugar pods
Here we go
- Heat some oil in a pan, remove the chicken from the marinade, drain and fry all over.
- Now add the sweet potatoes, fry them vigorously, add the vegetables and fry them,
- Deglaze with the marinade and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the cranberries
- Arrange the pan in a bowl or on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
