Baked Minced Potatoes
The perfect baked minced potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Potatoes
- 0,5 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 200 g Minced meat
- 100 g Grated Emmental
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Pepper
- Paprika powder
- Salt
- Wash the potatoes and cook in slightly salted water for about 15 minutes. They should not be too soft. Drain and allow to cool slightly. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the spring onions with the minced meat. Season to taste with the spices. Halve the potatoes and hollow out the inside, mix with the mince mixture and fill the potato halves with it, spread the remaining butter on top in small flakes. Scatter the cheese on top and bake the potatoes under the grill for about 10 minutes. Fresh lamb’s lettuce with balsamic cream goes well with it.
