The perfect cake: my pretzel cake …. free your mouth recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 3 tbsp Hazelnut butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 piece Soft butter
- 8 tbsp Spelled flour
- 3 tbsp Coconut flour
- 5 tbsp Raw cane sugar
- 0,5 tsp Emperor soda
- Roll out the puff pastry roll, let it sit for a few minutes, so it will stretch … then spread the hazelnut butter on it and spread the coconut blossom sugar over it (the sugar because the hazelnut butter is not sweetened)
- Let the butter soften, gradually add the flour, the raw cane sugar and the baking soda, mix everything with the mixer and conjure up crumble from it, possibly a little more flour.
- Then spread the crumble on the puff pastry and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
- Small suggestion: If you brush / pour icing over the whole cake, it tastes even better ….. unfortunately I didn’t have any powdered sugar in the house …. it just happens 😉 but it tasted super delicious even WITHOUT the icing. …
