Cake: My Pretzel Cake …. Free Your Mouth

The perfect cake: my pretzel cake …. free your mouth recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 3 tbsp Hazelnut butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 piece Soft butter
  • 8 tbsp Spelled flour
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 5 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Emperor soda
  1. Roll out the puff pastry roll, let it sit for a few minutes, so it will stretch … then spread the hazelnut butter on it and spread the coconut blossom sugar over it (the sugar because the hazelnut butter is not sweetened)
  2. Let the butter soften, gradually add the flour, the raw cane sugar and the baking soda, mix everything with the mixer and conjure up crumble from it, possibly a little more flour.
  3. Then spread the crumble on the puff pastry and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
  4. Small suggestion: If you brush / pour icing over the whole cake, it tastes even better ….. unfortunately I didn’t have any powdered sugar in the house …. it just happens 😉 but it tasted super delicious even WITHOUT the icing. …
