- 300 g Schnitzel meat
- 2 Onion
- 150 g Fresh mushrooms
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 ml Cream
- Coarse salt
- Seasonal herbs
- Hot paprika powder
- Pepper from the grinder
- 150 g Spaetzle
- 1 tablespoon Parsely
- Cut the schnitzel into strips together with the diced onion, fry the cleaned and sliced mushrooms and sauté with the broth and cream, when everything has taken a little color, add the spices to taste and add the uncooked spaetzle and let everything cook for about 25 minutes.
