Ingredients
 

  • 1 Large onions
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 250 ml Red wine e.g. Trollinger
  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 cups Sweet cream
  • 3 slices Gouda cheese
  • Butter
  • Pepper, thyme, salt
  • 500 g Spaetzle

Instructions
 

  • Boil the spaetzle while preparing the sauce:
  • Peel and dice the onions and sauté in butter.
  • Knead the minced garlic clove with the minced meat, add to the onions and fry. Then deglaze with the wine.
  • Add tomato market, pepper, thyme and salt and season to taste.
  • Finally fold in the finely chopped parsley.
  • Mix the meat sauce with the boiled spaetzle and place in a greased baking dish.
  • 1 Pour a cup of sweet cream over it and cover with 3 slices of Gouda cheese.
  • Butter flakes are added to the Gouda.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at approx. 180 degrees.
  • Go with green salad
  • Of course it also works with any other type of pasta 🙂 as you can see in the photo ...
