Ingredients

  • 400 g Ostrich steak
  • 1 El Herbal oil
  • -

Instructions

  • Brush the steak meat with the herb oil about 2 hours before frying and leave to stand.
  • Later sear in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes on each side - depending on the thickness of the meat. Wrap in aluminum foil and let it simmer in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. We like it very pink. Deglaze the gravy with a little water and add to the calvado sauce.
  • Then cut open and grill with the potatoes: Serve the herb oil and the calvados sauce.
