Dessert: Mini Apples with Vanilla Sauce

  • 12 Small apples
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 0,25 l Milk
  • 1 Pä Custard without cooking

  1. Peel the apples, leave the stem on. Carefully cut out the flower. Bring a generous half a liter of water with sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick to the boil, put the apples in and cook until they are firm to the bite. Approx. 12-15 minutes. Let cool down.
  1. Just before serving, prepare the vanilla sauce according to the instructions on the packet. Always place 3 small apples in a shallow bowl, pour some sauce over them.
