Katja’s Tarte Flambée
The perfect katja’s tarte flambée recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Yeast dough
- 500 g Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pck Dry yeast
- 4 tablespoon Oil
- 250 ml Lukewarm water
Covering
- 4 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 piece Eggs
- 250 piece Ham cubes
- 450 piece Grated Edam
- 2 rods Leeks or 4-5 onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Make yeast dough and roll out very thinly on 2 baking trays
- Cut the onions into rings, fry them until translucent, allow to cool … stir together with the remaining topping and season to taste
- Spread over the yeast dough (makes about 3 trays)
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden brown
- If you don’t like onions or leeks, you can only use diced ham, but 375 – 500 grams
- Alternatively, if you want to go quickly, you can take a ready-made yeast dough from the cooling shelf. and half topping.
