Puff Pastry Rolls with Cinnamon Sugar

- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 40 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon, or more
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Melt the butter. Roll the puff pastry apart.
- Brush the puff pastry with the butter and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar. Roll up the dough from the short side as tightly as possible.
- Use a sharp knife (I always use a steak knife) to cut into 1.5 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 ° C / fan oven: 175 ° C) for approx. 12 – 15 minutes.
