Tomato Soup Hedwig
The perfect tomato soup hedwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 g Long grain rice
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- 1 stg Fresh leek
- 6 Coarse bratwurst / coarse pork sausage
- 1 small Cauliflower
- Some chill powder
- Finely chopped parsley
- Salt pepper
- 3 liter Vegetable broth
- Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Add the leek and cauliflower (in small florets). Boil the tomato paste and cook the rice with it
- remove the bratwurst from the skin. Form small balls out of the meat and cook in the soup for 10 minutes
- season with chilli, pepper and salt
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving
