Tomato Soup Hedwig

The perfect tomato soup hedwig recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Long grain rice
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 stg Fresh leek
  • 6 Coarse bratwurst / coarse pork sausage
  • 1 small Cauliflower
  • Some chill powder
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 liter Vegetable broth
  1. Bring the vegetable stock to the boil. Add the leek and cauliflower (in small florets). Boil the tomato paste and cook the rice with it
  2. remove the bratwurst from the skin. Form small balls out of the meat and cook in the soup for 10 minutes
  3. season with chilli, pepper and salt
  4. Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving
