Cold Asparagus on Bed of Lettuce

The perfect cold asparagus on bed of lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 12 Rods Asparagus, cooked
  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
  • Hollandaise sauce
  • Salad dressing of your choice
  1. Wash and spin dry the salad and cut into fine strips. Place a bed of lettuce in a baking dish or something similar. Wash the tomato and cucumber and cut into 5mm thick slices. Cover the bed of lettuce with it. Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Put on the salad with the chopped garlic. Pour the cold asparagus on top with a little hollandaise sauce.
