Chinese Coal Stew

- 2 piece Chinese cabbage fresh
- 2 piece Fresh onions
- 750 g Potato
- 400 g Fresh tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
- 1 kg Minced fish half beef half pork
- Salt and pepper
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1. Clean the Chinese cabbage, cut in half and cut out the stalk. Quarter the cabbage, wash, drain and cut into thin strips. Peel the onions and cut into cubes. 2. Wash tomatoes, dry them and cut crosswise at the top and bottom, then put them in hot water, then take them out and let them cool down, later peel them, remove the stems, dice the pulp. 3. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. 4. Melt the rapeseed oil, sauté the onion cubes until they are transparent, add the minced meat, heat for a short time, crush the lumps and season with salt and pepper. 5. Add the potatoes and the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add Chinese cabbage strips and continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes. 6. Stir in the tomato pieces and tomato paste, heat and season with spices.
