Simple White Coal Stew with Minced Meat

- 1 kg Fresh white cabbage
- 2 Onion
- 500 g Minced meat
- Oil; salt, pepper
- 1 liter Meatsoup
- 1 tsp Caraway seeds
- 5 Potatoes
- Cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onions
- Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in the hot oil until crumbly
- Put the cabbage, potatoes, onions, minced meat, caraway seeds and meat stock in a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil and season with salt and pepper. Let the stew simmer for about 40 minutes on a low flame. Season again to taste Preparation time: 15-20 min chopping + 40 min simmer
