Ingredients
- 1 kg Mixed minced meat
- 2 Pc. Chopped onions
- 1 kg Diced potatoes
- 1 Pc. Chinese cabbage fresh
- 500 ml Beef stock
- 250 ml Cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- Salt, pepper, thyme, nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped parsley
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat and onions in a large saucepan with a little oil until crumbly. Add the potato cubes and sauté briefly. Deglaze with beef stock and cream and simmer for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Sweat portions in a little oil until the cabbage pulls some color. Put aside.
- After the 20min cooking time, add the Chinese cabbage and the processed cheese to the stew and simmer for another 5min. Season to taste with the spices, stir in the parsley and serve.
