Ham Beans from Oven

  • 600 g Green beans
  • 250 g Bacon cubes
  • 125 g Diced raw ham
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 Eggs
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Grated Edam
  • Salt, pepper, paprika noble sweet
  1. Wash, clean, and break beans. Pre-boil in salted water for 10 minutes, drain. Fry the bacon cubes, ham cubes, onion and garlic in oil. Add beans. Put everything in a greased baking dish. Mix the sour cream, creme fraiche, eggs, 30 g Edam cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder, pour over the beans. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake in the oven at 180 ° C in the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Homemade mashed potatoes go well with it.
