Apple Pancakes with Beer!

The perfect apple pancakes with beer! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 4 Free range eggs
  • 0,33 liter Beer Hell
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Apples
  • Oil for frying in the pan
  1. Wash, peel, core, quarter and cut apples into very thin slices.
  2. Put the flour, salt, eggs, beer and oil in a bowl and stir vigorously with the whisk.
  3. Add apple slices, fold in! Add sugar and fold in!
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and always fry one pancake at a time! Place the pancake on a plate lined with Zewa so that the fat is soaked up a little!
  5. Put a bowl of cinnamon sugar on the table!
  6. Homemade potato soup goes well with the pancakes!
