Vegan: Tomato Carrot Sauces with Soy Meat Loaf
The perfect vegan: tomato carrot sauces with soy meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the sweat
- 1 size Onion
- 1 shot Oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth *
- 10 g Sugar
- Salt pepper
- 40 g Alsan
- 1 tbsp Spelled flour

- 4 Bit Saja liver cheese
- Roughly chop the tomatoes, put them in the blender, add the vegetable stock and mix.
- Brown the onions in the oil, add the mixed tomatoes and bring to a simmer with the lid closed and simmer for about 30 minutes – the mix leaves a lot of air in the mixture –
To sweat
- Heat it up, add the flour and let it sweat out, DO NOT brown it, and then add it to the tomato sauce, it will be creamier – how much sweat you need depends on the consistency you want …..
- 4 …. so now chop the two carrots in the blender and then add this to the tomato sauce and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Season everything with sugar, a little lemon and, if necessary, a little salt & pepper …….. the sauce is awesome.
- Cook, drain and serve the spaghetti according to the instructions.
- Fry the soy berry cheese – it can hardly be distinguished from real – in a little clarified butter and serve on the plate.
