Vegan: Tomato Carrot Sauces with Soy Meat Loaf

The perfect vegan: tomato carrot sauces with soy meat loaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the sweat

  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 shot Oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth *
  • 10 g Sugar
  • Salt pepper
  • 40 g Alsan
  • 1 tbsp Spelled flour

  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes, put them in the blender, add the vegetable stock and mix.
  2. Brown the onions in the oil, add the mixed tomatoes and bring to a simmer with the lid closed and simmer for about 30 minutes – the mix leaves a lot of air in the mixture –

To sweat

  1. Heat it up, add the flour and let it sweat out, DO NOT brown it, and then add it to the tomato sauce, it will be creamier – how much sweat you need depends on the consistency you want …..
  2. 4 …. so now chop the two carrots in the blender and then add this to the tomato sauce and let it steep for a few minutes.
  3. Season everything with sugar, a little lemon and, if necessary, a little salt & pepper …….. the sauce is awesome.
  4. Cook, drain and serve the spaghetti according to the instructions.
  5. Fry the soy berry cheese – it can hardly be distinguished from real – in a little clarified butter and serve on the plate.
